This Junmai Daiginjo is the result of a collaborative effort between government, private sector, and local farmers, developed under the core concept of creating “a sake highly acclaimed by professionals in the wine world.”
The sake exudes a gorgeous and sweet, richly aromatic bouquet, while on the palate, acidity and sweetness are delicately interwoven, delivering an elegant and multi-layered flavor profile.
Features The label design was created by contemporary artist Chihiro Koshi, who hails from Chikuma City. Inspired by the local symbols of “the moon and terraced rice fields,” the artwork is expressed through a lively and charming style, giving the product a distinctive and memorable visual identity.
From ingredient selection to bottle design, every element is carefully sourced from the local region, making this a truly one-of-a-kind creation that embodies terroir, artistry, and the spirit of sake brewing.
Currently, this product is primarily distributed in overseas markets, including the United States, Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
“La grâce” (ラグラース) is French, meaning “grace,” “blessing,” or “a gift from God.”
