Cleopatra Amarone is distilled using pomace from three types of dried Amarone wines: Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. It is distilled at a low temperature (54°C) using a specially developed and improved vacuum water bath pot still by POLI. This process lowers the boiling point while preserving the most diverse aromas within the spirit. Cleopatra Amarone uses pomace from Amarone wine production for distillation and is then aged in oak barrels for one year. Aroma Notes: Fresh red grape juice, almond, walnut
