Pomelo Flower Oolong Gin

Using Pomelo flower-infused oolong tea as the main component, and adding some juniper berries and other spices, the infusion is later distilled with a rice-based liquor as the base.
The liquor has a sweet and captivating aroma of Pomelo flower with a subtle hint of citrus. Upon tasting, the top notes are a combination of citrusy and floral tones, while the middle and later stages reveal the lingering charm of the oolong tea.
When making Gin Tonic, the layered scent of the yuzu flower and oolong tea stands out, and leaves a pleasant aftertaste of tea long after.
