This time, we’ve taken malt new make spirit to a whole new level — the world’s first CO₂-Washed Malt New Make Spirit.
🍃 The Crazy Idea
During fermentation, CO₂ escapes carrying away beautiful aromas — white flowers, tropical fruits, lemon, lime.
We refused to let them go! We dedicated one fermenter to capturing this aroma-rich CO₂, then used it to “wash” our freshly distilled malt heart spirit. This dissolves the aroma molecules back into the liquid, instantly boosting intensity.
👃 Tasting Notes
Aroma: Wholegrain toast, white flowers, tropical fruits, lemon, lime
Palate: Malt sweetness lifted by bright citrus and floral notes
Finish: Long, elegant, and aromatically persistent
