based rum produced by Funny Distillery, Taiwan’s first
urban craft distillery.
Crafted from locally sourced Taisugar molasses and bottled
at 51.6% ABV, this expression builds upon the 1624
Taiwan Rum and is refined through Spanish Sherry cask
finishing, highlighting a deeper historical connection to the
Northern part of Taiwan in Spanish colonial era.
