The name reflects our philosophy: “Baishui” symbolizes pure spring water, while “Fanghua” represents flourishing vitality. We are dedicated to pure grain fermentation and distillation, with no chill filtration, no blending, and no added alcohol, flavorings, or sugar. Our portfolio includes sorghum, sweet potato, and brown rice spirits, crafted with locally sourced Taiwanese ingredients to express the island’s unique terroir. Our clay jar–aged and barrel-finished series are especially distinctive. At Baishui Fanghua, we strive to create a true sensory experience in every sip.
