This is a sorghum liquor truly rooted in the terroir of Taiwan.
It uses the "Tainan No. 8" sorghum, a locally cultivated and improved variety from Taiwan, carefully nurtured by the popular farmer Xiao Jianjian (the Farming Brothers), resulting in a full-bodied and pure product. It exhibits a robust and concentrated structure, with a lingering, sweet fruity aroma that is long and pleasantly mild.
