Piacenza is the birthplace of Lambrusco sparkling red wine. The wine has a bright and dazzling ruby color and a deep layer of taste, which is what a high-quality Lambrusco should be. During the production process, after light pressing and proper maceration; the fermentation of this wine starts at 23°C and is slowly completed at a slightly lower temperature of 18°C. The natural fruity aroma of grapes is greatly retained. After secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, a residual sugar content of 65g/L is left, giving it an extraordinary aroma and charming sweetness. Aroma-wise, this Lambrusco exudes rich fruity aromas of blueberries and raspberries. This sweetness combined with the bright fruity taste makes it the perfect pre-appetizer choice.
