Guado Al Melo "CRISEO" Bolgheri D.O.C Bianco 2021

Criseo is a handcrafted wine made from Field Blend, a wild blend of single vineyard Campo Bianco.
Different varieties are grown and fermented together in the same vineyard, creating an extremely deep complexity.
Criseo is a complex and elegant white wine with some aging potential.
It is recommended to enjoy it at about 14C and allow it some time to wake up; taste it slowly and feel the layers of changes as it oxidizes in the cup.
Pairs well with rich fish, white meats, vegetables, mushrooms, medium-ripened cheeses and more.
2021 is an excellent year, with fairly regular seasons throughout:
Heavy rainfall in winter perfectly supports the entire ripening process of the grapes, while summer is characterized by excellent ventilation and average temperatures. The maturation process is very slow and regular.
Criseo 2021 is a bright yellow wine with an intense but very pleasant and balanced taste, with bright aromas of grapefruit, sage, hawthorn and exotic fruits.
Aging on yeast produces complex aromas of beeswax, pastry, crust and yeast, saffron, and a hint of mineral petroleum,
Will gradually increase with further evolution.
