Description
Aged in Spanish PX sherry casks for an extended period, this whisky possesses the terroir of Daqin Mountain in southern Fujian. It is a pure and typical sherry cask whisky, passionate and unrestrained, vibrant and energetic, like the dawn spreading across the horizon until the moment of sunrise, when the warm, reddish sun illuminates the entire earth, ushering in a beautiful day.

NOSE
Vanilla, candied fruit, raisins, pineapple, lime, adding a richer, more textured spicy note reminiscent of leather, tannins, and cinnamon.
TASTE
Candied fruit, citrus, pineapple, then supporting the elements of PX sherry and oak, with the sweetness and tartness of raisins and the tannins of oak.
FINISH
A lingering caramel sweetness and soothing spice notes remain on the palate.
