Our white wine cuvée from the Drei Brüder collection, a wonderful introduction to our white wine selection, composed of the brothers Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. This blend boasts a unique aromatic character, where delightful mineral notes harmonize with subtle, refined Burgundian fruit. Fresh pear, walnut, and dried apple mingle beautifully, leading to a finish with a hint of sweet melon. A perfect balance of mild yet refreshing acidity, complemented by a delicate touch of oak.
