2007 Pinot Noir Eiswein

2007er Rheinhessen Pinot Noir Eiswein: made from grapes as ripe as BA, but harvested and pressed while frozen. Truly unique wines with a remarkable concentration of fruity acidity and sweetness.
This Eiswein is highly concentrated with intense aromas of honey, mango and passion-fruit a small amount of highly concentrated juice. It can age for many years or can be enjoyed now with fruit desserts or as dessert on its own.
