We visit every corner of Taiwan, experiencing each story, and through scientific and rational methods, we embed the various flavors we‘ve smelled, tasted, and felt into our spirits. In addition to conducting experiments in the distillery, we visited many places to engage with local farmers. Ultimately, we decided on the direction of our products. I hope to convey the authentic tastes and stories I‘ve encountered in this land to the world through the art of distillation. Among them, gin incorporating various terroirs and liqueurs featuring diverse flavors align most closely with my vision. Therefore, Lionest Distillery insists on using locally sourced Taiwanese materials in our spirits, not only to promote and support local agricultural products but also to share the stories of our travels across Taiwan through these flavors.
