We select and develop the algae by unique technology of extraction from ATRI(Agricultural Technology Research Institute) which is exclusively used in the distillation of gin. We use organic ingredients by collaborating with local small scale farmers to integrate local and diversified elements into the brand new Taiwan Varec Gin, which is originated from the conception of Jizake(じざけ).
