A Spirit of Terroir Across the Strait – Daiking Whisky at the 2026 Taipei Int’l Wine & Spirits Festival
From April 17 to 20, 2026, the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1 will host one of the largest springtime spirits events in Asia — the 2026 Taipei Int’l Wine & Spirits Festival –Spring .
Daiking Whisky, a whisky brand founded by Mr. Song-Po Wu, a Taiwanese entrepreneur from Yilan, in the Daiking Mountain region of Fujian, will participate in this year’s exhibition, joining international industry professionals and consumers to share its distinctive cross-strait character and craftsmanship.
Originating from Daiking Mountain, a region known for its pristine spring water and unique climate, Daiking Whisky benefits from exceptional natural conditions ideal for whisky production and maturation. Combined with the founder’s Yilan heritage and dedication to the art of distillation, the brand reflects resilience, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality—hallmarks of Taiwanese craftsmanship.
At this year’s exhibition, Daiking Whisky will present its core product range, inviting visitors to explore a distinctive flavor profile shaped by the harmony between Daiking Mountain’s terroir and Taiwan’s artisanal spirit. Each expression embodies a balance of Eastern character and international standards.
