Selected from the locally bred and improved "Tainan No. 8" sorghum, planted in Hualien and having completed its full growth cycle, this sorghum has finally yielded a bountiful harvest. The first batch of sorghum, carefully cultivated by the popular farmer Xiao Jianjian (the Farming Brothers), is full-bodied and pure. This is not just a sorghum liquor, but also a testament to the flavor of Taiwan's land.
