ABAS has announced that its signature product developed in close collaboration with the Satoyama community—“Ginger Warmth” Brown Sugar Ginger Liqueur—has completely sold out its first production batch in 2025, with the next production scheduled for 2026.

Direct from the Land: Aged Ginger from Lulin Community, Dahu, Miaoli
The unique soul of “Ginger Warmth” comes from the Lulin Community in Dahu, Miaoli. Carefully selected locally grown aged ginger is combined with ABAS’s refined brewing techniques to perfectly capture the distinctive spiciness and natural sweetness of mature ginger. Every sip reflects the rich character of Dahu’s ginger farms and the deep connection to the land.

A New Winter Drink: Spicy Warmth with Balanced Sweetness
Flavor Profile:
The first impression is the gentle sweetness of brown sugar, followed by the warm spiciness of aged ginger that gradually transforms into a mellow, smooth finish—creating a balanced and full-bodied taste.
